None of my products are identical. Embellishments used are determined by what I currently have in stock.
If you require a specific font or embellishment, please advise before you confirm your order.
Depending on what is being ordered, you can request a progress picture.
If I do send you progress pictures, please check everything is correct and confirm it’s ok for me to proceed. I cannot proceed until you advise me.

If I have to amend an item due to your error, this will incur a surcharge,
